Marching Cougars Successful at Centerville Jazz Invitational
November 2, 2009 Edgewood High School
The EHS Marching Cougars earned 3rd place honors out of 11 bands in class A at the Centerville Jazz Invitational. The Marching Cougars also earned a spot in the finals, and were ranked 8th overall out of 23 bands from Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. The band has consistently outscored larger bands; being ranked as one of the top Class A bands in the Mid-States circuit for 2009. We weant to wish the band the best of luck as they prepare for the MSBA finals on Saturday Nov. 7th at Norwood High School. The band will perform at 1:15 p.m. and will compete against 23 bands from the tri-state area.
